The
Silver Sneakers Fitness Program is an exercise program designed for our seniors
with Humana Gold Choice Parts A, B and D. Please ask the front desk for more
information. Humana will pay for your membership to the YMCA.
Classes are held on Monday and Friday mornings, and Tuesday and Thursday
afternoons. These exercise classes designed for our senior citizens. It's a low
impact not high intensity workout. Please call 620-662-1203 if you have
any questions.
